Job Description

As our Network Support Specialist, you'll be working in a complex, multi-vendor environment, and will use your analytical skills to identify and resolve network issues, make configuration changes, and implement security policies. This role requires someone who can think on their feet, test and apply corrective actions (including emergency changes), and participate in change reviews as needed. And finally, youre open and borderless naturally inclusive in how you work with others. Required Skills and Experience: 6+ Years of total IT Experience. Experience in designing and implementing complex network solutions that meet the business requirements of our clients. Experience in Installation, configuration, and maintain network equipment, including switches, routers, firewalls, NSX, WIFI, and virtual private networks (VPNs). Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues, both proactively and reactively. Experience in monitoring network performance and analyze network traffic, utilizing network monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve potential issues. Collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders, to ensure timely resolution of network-related issues. Experience in maintain network security through the implementation of various security protocols, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access control lists. Strong understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework and best practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in CISCO, Fortinet, Radware, VM-Ware NSX, SD-WAN, Palo-alto. Preferred Skills and Experience : Certifications: CCNP, CCIE or equivalent, NSE 4/5/7 , . Qualification: BSc., B.E./B.
