Using design documentation and functional programming specifications, you will be responsible for implementing identified components. You will ensure that implemented components are appropriately documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration into the final product. You will have the opportunity to architect the solution, test the code, and deploy and build a CI/CD pipeline for it. As a valued member of our team, you will provide work estimates for assigned development work, and guide features, functional objectives, or technologies being built for interested parties. Required Technical and Professional Experience 5 to 8 years of experience in facilitating Agile methodologies and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for guiding and coaching our Scrum teams, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Track and communicate team progress, performance, and metrics to stakeholders. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging experimentation and learning. Preferred Technical and Professional Experience Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Guide and coach the Scrum team on Agile practices and principles. Ensure the team is fully functional and productive by removing obstacles and addressing issues. Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the product backlog and ensure clear communication of priorities.
