Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver targeted training programmes, workshops, and coaching sessions for WCOB (Wholesale Client Onboarding) KYC teams.
Conduct training needs analysis to identify knowledge and skill gaps within client onboarding processes.
Monitor the effectiveness of training, providing recommendations for improvement and standardization.
Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in KYC and client onboarding.
Partner with stakeholders across WCOB, Compliance, and Risk functions to align training with business needs.
Ensure training content meets governance and compliance requirements.
Support process improvements and transformation initiatives within the onboarding function.
Escalate risks/issues and contribute to embedding risk management practices.

Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Know Your Customer (KYC), within Wholesale Client Onboarding.
Excellent knowledge of regulatory and operational risk requirements applicable to KYC.
Strong attention to detail with confidence to challenge and ensure accuracy of training content.
Skilled in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel for training design and reporting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum qualification:
Bachelors degree.
