KYC Quality Insights Analyst

You will be part of a community that values collaboration and teamwork, reporting to the Quality Supervisor with key partners being the Operations Team and Functional Operations Managers. Your main responsibilities will include analyzing patterns, risks, and trends in compliance case reviews to provide feedback for improving operational processes. You will also assist in updating workflows based on quality insights and contribute to activities related to internal control monitoring and improvement of fraud risk management. On a typical day, you will review alerts and cases processed by Agents from a customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) perspective, identifying gaps and maintaining high standards to mitigate risks. You will conduct assessments on alerts, cases, and escalations processed by Operations teams to ensure compliance decisions meet regulatory and internal standards. Additionally, you will oversee case reviews processed by compliance analysts, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to regulatory timelines. Your expertise should include a Bachelor's Degree or Technical Equivalent, strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with operations teams and stakeholders. Mission-driven and enthusiastic candidates with a positive attitude, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and relevant certifications such as CFE or ACAMS are preferred.
