KYC Onboarding Manager

Role Overview: You will be required to support Wholesale Onboarding with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, and issue resolution in Pune. Your key critical skills should include excellent communication skills, in-depth understanding of AML, KYC & Stakeholder management, and participation in projects and initiatives to improve Wholesale Onboarding efficiency and effectiveness. You may be assessed on essential skills such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, and digital technology, as well as job-specific technical skills. Key Responsibilities: - Support day-to-day Wholesale Onboarding initiatives including KYC processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution. - Collaborate and engage with clients/front office to gather Customer Due Diligence information/evidence for onboarding or refreshing clients KYC. - Identify areas for improvement, provide recommendations for change in Wholesale Onboarding processes, and implement procedures and controls to mitigate risks. - Develop reports and presentations on Wholesale Onboarding performance, communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders, and implement best practices based on industry trends. - Participate in projects and initiatives to enhance Wholesale Onboarding efficiency and effectiveness.
