Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Monitor the KYC due diligence for new and existing customers.
Review of KYC documentation as per regulatory norms.
Maintain accurate and complete records of all KYC reviews.
Collaborate with internal teams such as zonal officers and Compliance
Ensure timely completion of periodic reviews and remediation tasks.
Stay updated on RBI guidelines, PMLA regulations, CKYCR guidelines
Support KYC remediation and regulatory audit requests.
Clear understanding of KYC identifier (KIN ) generation, retrieval, and usage process
Co-ordinate with IT Team or vendors to fix CKYCR file errors and rejection issues
Ensure KYC records of new individual customers are uploaded within the prescribed TAT (10 Days)
Monitor upload status, rejection reports, and resubmit corrections.
Maintain proper logs of uploaded, pending, rejected CKYC cases.
Ensure internal SOPs and RBI directives are followed in CKYCR lifecycle.
Ensure prompt filing of counterfeit Currency Reports (CCR) to FIU-IND through proper channels.
Ensure periodic updating of KYC(Re-KYC) based on the risk category of the customers.
