Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information on banking products and services to customers.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining high levels of service quality.
  • Meet performance targets for call handling time, resolution rates, and sales conversion ratios.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment or related field (preferably from banking industry).
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Strong cross-selling skills with knowledge of various financial products and services offered by the bank.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure during peak hours or special events.
