About Client

Hiring for One of the Most Prestigious Multinational Corporations

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries and issues via phone calls, emails, and chat in
Korean and English
.
Provide prompt, accurate, and professional responses to inquiries and complaints.
Translate documents, emails, and chat content between
Korean and English
when necessary.
Act as a liaison between Korean-speaking clients and internal teams.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up actions using internal systems or CRM tools.
Support internal teams in understanding cultural nuances and communication preferences of Korean clients.
Contribute to process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and team efficiency.
Meet or exceed performance KPIs, including quality, response time, and customer satisfaction scores.

Required Skills:

Fluency in Korean (Topik Level 5 or 6 preferred)
and
proficiency in English
(written and spoken).
3 to 5 years of experience in
customer service, technical support
, or
language support roles
.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Comfortable with voice-based interactions and handling escalations.
Proficiency with MS Office tools and experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
