integration and implementation expertise

Required Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with
Kore.AI
, including bot development, NLP configuration, and integrations.
Strong working knowledge of
LLM models
, such as GPT, Claude, or similar including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and use in conversational AI workflows.
Proficiency in
Java
and
Spring Boot
is a plus.
Familiarity with
AWS
services (e.g., Lambda, S3, API Gateway, Bedrock, SageMaker) is
