Job Role: Kore.AI & LLM Integration Specialist

Job Location: Chennai, Pune

Experience Slab 6-10 years.

Domain --Telecom


Mandatory Skills:

  • Kore.AI platform

    experience

  • LLM (Large Language Model)

    integration and implementation expertise


Required Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with

    Kore.AI

    , including bot development, NLP configuration, and integrations.
  • Strong working knowledge of

    LLM models

    , such as GPT, Claude, or similar — including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and use in conversational AI workflows.
  • Proficiency in

    Java

    and

    Spring Boot

    is a plus.
  • Familiarity with

    AWS

    services (e.g., Lambda, S3, API Gateway, Bedrock, SageMaker) is

    a plus.
