Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Knowledge Specialist located in Nagpur. The Knowledge Specialist will oversee the organization, management, and dissemination of information within the company. Daily tasks include maintaining knowledge resources, developing processes for effective knowledge sharing, analyzing information for actionable insights, and supporting team members with customer-related knowledge needs. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and accessibility of critical information resources.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Knowledge Management and Knowledge Sharing methods
• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to derive insights from information
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Experience working with knowledge platforms and repository tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
