Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for the Owner position at Trevora Media. As the Owner, you will oversee the overall operations, set strategic goals, and manage client relationships to ensure the delivery of exceptional digital marketing campaigns. Your day-to-day tasks include team leadership, business development, monitoring campaign performance, and aligning projects with the company's vision and objectives. You will also identify growth opportunities, negotiate contracts, and maintain client satisfaction while mentoring and fostering collaboration within the team.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Paid Advertising (Meta and Google)
• Strong skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Strategic Planning
• Comprehensive knowledge of Lead Generation and Web Development
• Strong managerial skills to lead teams, delegate tasks effectively, and oversee daily operations
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate campaign performance and improve efficiency
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas and strategies clearly
• Proven background within the digital marketing industry, showcasing significant success in growth and innovation
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent experience is an advantage
