Knowledge Services Group Overview
The Knowledge Services group offers a broad spectrum of Business Research, Pre-Sales and other knowledge-based services to clients and internal stakeholders. Knowledge Services has emerged as one of ZS s distinctive competitive advantages, and a key enabler for our consultants to have a lasting impact while addressing their clients sales marketing issues. Our services are based on deep research, and we bring together a unique combination of Business Research, Life-Sciences and Clinical experiences.
WhatYou llDo:
- Effectively communicate with clients, internal project teams, and senior stakeholders to understand their challenges. Collaboratively drive our knowledge services strategy and provide timely updates on developments, whether weekly, monthly, or as required ;
- Leverage data analysis , user research, benchmark ing, metric reporting and consistent content audi ts to enhance content quality and address key areas of enhancement ;
- Craft reusable templates, best practices, training manuals, and SOPs; mentor and coach client, project teammate , and junior members ;
- Supervise content acquisition, integration , over all knowledge lifecycle management and formulation of governance framework while ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes ;
- Lead secondary research on companies (business models, SWOT, MA , etc.) and market insights (industry growth, trends, challenges). Utilize specialized databases such as Evaluate Pharma, Adis, and Nexis for in-depth analyses ;
- Assist teams in crafting actionable strategies based on industry/market analyses. Collaboratively determine project scope and link research to overarching business challenges ;
- Ensure all information meets high-quality standards while respecting both short and long-term business objectives and deadlines, complemented by conducting QC checks on outgoing deliverables .
WhatYou llBring:
- A track record in research and knowledge services, ready to support diverse ZS practice areas and project teams ;
- 36+ months of relevant knowledge services experience in IT/Consulting companies ;
- An academic background in life sciences, biotechnology, or related disciplines such as B.sc (life sciences; bioscience), B. Pharma, or an MBA F ;
- Experience in working on databases like Evaluate Pharma, Adis, Avention , Datamonitor , Nexis etc ;
- Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office, with an interest in Enterprise application/BI tools ;
- Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication abilities .
Additional Skills:
- Ability to navigate and excel in dynamic and less structured work settings ;
- Professional experience in diverse, multi-national settings ;
- Proactive, i dentifies opportunities/challenges and takes initiative .
