Join the Product, Practice and Knowledge (PPK) department as part of the Knowledge Management team. The global PPK group helps identify, create, and leverage Bain's content and expertise. As an Associate in Knowledge Management, you will: - Manage and prepare content contributions - Write abstracts and tag materials - Post content on the internal knowledge base - Ensure compliance guidelines are followed - Oversee sanitizing efforts by the team - Manage content quality and support creating practice content - Perform practice analytics and support Senior Knowledge Specialists - Maintain trackers, databases, and lists Candidates should be post-graduates with a strong academic record and 1-2 years of relevant experience in consulting or research. Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are required, and experience with Alteryx and Tableau is a plus. Excellent analytical, communication, and team player skills are essential.
