KM Process Manager

As a Senior Knowledge Management Specialist/Process Manager at Novartis, your main responsibility will be to lead the implementation and governance of new processes in alignment with existing Knowledge Management solutions. You will work towards enhancing operational efficiency, optimizing knowledge and content management, and promoting organizational growth through collaboration with project teams. Your key responsibilities will include understanding and driving newly established processes by creating comprehensive documentation, overseeing the implementation and governance of new procedures, and collaborating with project teams to ensure alignment with business goals. You will also be responsible for establishing process performance metrics, monitoring key indicators, identifying risks and inefficiencies, and driving resolutions with stakeholders. To excel in this role, you should have at least 11 years of experience in business consulting, knowledge management, content management, or related fields in a consulting, corporate, or enterprise environment. Possessing basic knowledge of Knowledge Management and Content Management will be essential for success in this position. Additionally, having project management experience and qualifications will be a plus, as well as experience working in multinational, multicultural environments.
