Job Description

Role Overview:

The Kitchen Stock Executive is responsible for managing the inventory of raw materials, kitchen ingredients, packaging materials, and finished goods. This role ensures that the kitchen is stocked appropriately, waste is minimized, and inventory records are maintained accurately for smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain up-to-date inventory of all kitchen materials, raw ingredients, and consumables.
  • Receive and inspect incoming stock; verify quantity and quality against purchase orders.
  • Organize and store stock in designated areas, ensuring proper FIFO (First-In, First-Out) usage.
  • Monitor daily consumption and prepare stock movement reports.
  • Coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment of stock.
  • Minimize wastage and report discrepancies or spoilage.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the storage areas.
  • Assist with stock audits and ensure records match physical stock.
  • Tag and label all stock items with appropriate details (expiry, batch number, etc.).
  • Work closely with chefs and production staff to forecast stock needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
