Job Overview: As a Kitchen Manager, you will manage kitchen operations, ensure high-quality food preparation, maintain safety standards, and oversee training while coordinating marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain food safety standards and hygiene practices in the kitchen environment
Manage kitchen equipment use, maintenance, and inventory tasks
Handle ingredient storage, mise-en-place planning, and recipe consistency
Process orders, manage documentation, and generate reports
Conduct quality checks, complaint analysis, and camera audits
Lead training programs and monitor equipment maintenance
Coordinate local store marketing activities

Requirements

High school diploma (culinary education a plus)
8+ years kitchen experience including food preparation, management
Advanced kitchen operations knowledge
Proficiency with computers
Analytical skills for complaint analysis and equipment monitoring
Experience with store marketing activities
