Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Kisan Credit Card Loan Sales Leader based in Srikakulam. The primary responsibilities include leading efforts to promote and sell climate smart agriculture solutions (predominantly suitable to accomplish 6 out of 7 key dryland crop cycle tasks) to farmers, farmer producer groups, (they can adopt by making upfront payment or by taking Kisan Credit Card loans from Banks, building relationships with farmers and local communities, understanding their financial requirements, etc. . Daily tasks involve customer interactions, providing excellent support, mass demonstrations, training and leading a sales team, and collaborating with financial institutions for smooth processing. The Sales Leader will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and reporting business development progress.

Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge in Kisan Credit Card Loans (Revolving Credit)
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven ability in Sales and a results-driven approach
• Ability to build trust and rapport with customers, especially in rural settings
• Strong organizational and team leadership skills
• Familiarity with agricultural practices or rural markets is an added advantage
• Fluency in the local language and other regional languages is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is advantageous
