Company Description Khethworks builds reliable, solar-powered irrigation systems that enable small-plot farmers to cultivate year-round. Operating primarily in east India, Khethworks provides alternatives to inconsistent monsoon rains and costly fuel pumping for over 30 million farmers. In partnership with livelihoods organizations, we have successfully deployed and tested pilot systems in Jharkhand, West Bengal, and Odisha. Originating from MIT, Khethworks relocated to Pune, India in 2016 to further its mission of empowering small-plot farmers with affordable, high-quality technology to improve their lives and livelihoods. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Microloan Sales Coordinator, located in Srikakulam. The Microloan Sales Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, providing excellent customer service, and supporting sales operations. The daily tasks include managing customer inquiries, maintaining sales records, and facilitating communication between the sales team and clients. The coordinator will also develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly targets. Qualifications Experience in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations Strong Customer Service skills Excellent Communication skills Proven Sales skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred Familiarity with the agricultural sector is an advantage
