Kiosk Operations Executive

As a Kiosk Operations Executive at LILO, your role will involve managing the operations of one of our kiosks. Your responsibilities will include: - **Kiosk Operations Management:** - Manage the opening and closing of the kiosk on time daily. - Ensure all daily kiosk processes such as stock checking, setup, and closing reports are completed accurately. - **Order & Delivery Coordination:** - Handle customer orders placed through the LILO app or directly at the kiosk. - Efficiently assign delivery orders to delivery executives based on slots and areas. - Monitor and track deliveries to ensure timely customer service. - Be ready to handle deliveries personally in case of staff shortage or urgent requirements. - **Product Quality & Inventory Management:** - Ensure products are sold before expiry and stored under proper conditions. - Regularly check stock freshness, labeling, and packaging standards. - **Customer Service & Retention:** - Interact courteously with customers to resolve concerns and ensure satisfaction. - Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat orders and loyalty. - **Sales & Follow-up Activities:** - Make sales or follow-up calls to enhance customer engagement. - Promote LILO's offers, referral programs, and delivery benefits. - **Reporting & Coordination:** - Maintain accurate records of orders, sales, and deliveries. - Coordinate with Operations, Sales, and Customer Support teams for smooth day-to-day activities. In terms of qualifications, we are looking for someone with: - Strong coordination, communication, and multitasking skills. - Basic proficiency in computer and mobile applications. - Punctuality, organization, and proactiveness. - Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is preferred.
