Job Description

Role Overview: As a Kinaxis Analyst at Ciena, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end supply chain planning process using Kinaxis Rapid Response. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with IT and business users globally, configuring solutions in Rapid Response, and ensuring the successful deployment of resources to meet business needs. You will have the opportunity to work in a challenging and exciting Hi-Tech environment where your contributions will make a difference. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with users to understand business requirements and configure solutions in Rapid Response - Design, build, test, and deploy Rapid Response resources including Workbooks, Alerts, Forms, Scripts, Automation Chains, Widgets, Dashboard, etc. - Demonstrate understanding of Control Tables, Data Model, and Mappings to solve business problems effectively - Apply best practices in Rapid Response configuration as a core member of the Kinaxis COE team - Assist end users in interpreting the planning results - Facilitate, plan, and support new functionality releases including periodic Kinaxis service updates Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of MRP and RR analytics - Deep understanding of RR data integration using TALEND or similar ETL tools - Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills - Exceptional interpersonal skills with effective verbal and written communication - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Strong work ethic with high attention to detail - Bachelor's in science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field - Minimum 4-6 years of firsthand experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response or similar planning tool Additional Information: Ciena prioritizes building an inclusive environment where employees feel respected, valued, and heard.
