KGS ServiceNow GRC - Executive

Role Overview: As an Executive in the role of ServiceNow Developer at KDN, you will be responsible for leading junior team members, mentoring, coaching, and training them on ServiceNow technology concepts. You will actively participate in practice development initiatives and collaborate with KPMG onshore counterparts for project/engagement delivery. Moreover, you will support client service delivery by meeting quality standards within the established turnaround time and budget, ensuring compliance with KPMG Risk Management policies, and mapping customer requirements to ServiceNow GRC functionality. Key Responsibilities: - Possess ServiceNow IRM functional knowledge - Lead junior team members and provide mentorship and training - Actively participate in practice development initiatives - Collaborate with KPMG onshore counterparts for project/engagement delivery - Support client service delivery by meeting quality standards and budget - Ensure compliance with applicable KPMG Risk Management policies - Map customer requirements to ServiceNow GRC functionality - Conduct testing and quality assurance for developed solutions - Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow GRC features and industry trends - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow GRC with other systems - Have good knowledge of Risk, Policy and Compliance, Audit, Issue Management modules of IRM application Qualification Required: - Educational qualifications: BE/B-Tech/MCA/BSc-IT from an accredited college/university - ServiceNow GRC certifications highly desirable (Certified Implementation Specialist - GRC (CIS -RC), Certified System Administrator(CSA), CAD) - 2 to 4 years of total experience with relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in a professional services organization - Experience in end-to-end ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementation - Experience in story creation, requirement gathering, conducting workshops & demos - Ability to translate business requirements into quality user stories - Partner with technical delivery team to ensure proper product development - Develop mockups and click-through materials for client support and training activities Note: Omitting any additional details of the company as they were not provided in the job description.,
