KGS ServiceNow GRC - Executive

As an Executive ServiceNow Developer at KDN, you will play a crucial role in leading junior team members, mentoring them on ServiceNow technology concepts, and providing continuous feedback. Your responsibilities will include actively participating in practice development initiatives, collaborating with KPMG onshore counterparts for project delivery, and ensuring client service delivery meets quality standards within the established turnaround time and budget. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with KPMG Risk Management policies and proprietary tools, mapping customer requirements to ServiceNow GRC functionality, and conducting thorough testing for developed solutions. Your qualifications for this role include a BE/B-Tech/MCA/BSc-IT degree from an accredited college/university and ServiceNow GRC certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist - GRC (CIS -RC) and Certified System Administrator (CSA). The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of total experience, with specific experience in end-to-end ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementation and requirement gathering. Additionally, experience in developing user stories, conducting workshops, and creating visual aides to support user stories will be highly beneficial. In this role, you will need to have a good understanding of Risk, Policy and Compliance, Audit, Issue Management modules of IRM application. Keeping up to date with the latest ServiceNow GRC features, releases, and industry trends will be essential for driving continuous improvement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow GRC with other systems and tools will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities.
