Job Description

A KFC Shift Manager oversees operations during their assigned shift, ensuring smooth restaurant flow and excellent customer service. They are responsible for supervising staff, maintaining quality standards, and managing various operational aspects. They report to the Restaurant General Manager.  Key Responsibilities: Staff Supervision: Training, assigning tasks, and monitoring staff performance to ensure policies and procedures are followed.  Customer Service: Ensuring a positive customer experience and addressing any issues or complaints.  Operational Management: Overseeing cleanliness, maintenance, and food quality.  Order Accuracy: Managing takeout and delivery orders to ensure accuracy.  Labor Utilization: Optimizing staffing levels to meet demand.  Inventory Control: Managing inventory and ensuring proper stock levels.  Safety and Security: Maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff and customers.  Problem Solving: Addressing any issues that arise during the shift, such as customer complaints or equipment malfunctions.  Communication: Effectively communicating with staff and customers.  Time Management: Managing time effectively to ensure smooth operations.
