Your primary responsibilities include: - Owning the business plan for the branch, including top-line and bottom-line targets for the team - Internalizing the management philosophy and business strategy of the company and effectively driving it in the branch - Engaging, motivating, and ensuring the productivity of the existing team of Agents by fostering strong relationships with them - Constantly inducting, activating, and ensuring the productivity of new Agent Advisors for the team - Driving incentive schemes to ensure that the income of the Agency managers and Agent Advisors exceeds benchmarks Qualifications Required: - 8-10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in financial services distribution - 3-5 years of team handling experience Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company, a joint venture between Fettle Tone LLP and the Bupa Group, is experiencing phenomenal growth and aims to achieve more than 10000 Cr GWP by 2027.
