Key Sales Manager

Key Sales Manager to lead high-impact sales initiatives, manage key client accounts, and drive revenue growth.

Roles:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand market presence
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to ensure high performance
• Identify and nurture relationships with key clients and strategic accounts
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform decision-making
• Set and monitor sales goals and performance metrics
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts
• Conduct regular sales forecasting and pipeline reviews
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings

Must:

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream
• 2+ years of experience in sales or field sales or Marketing
• Ability to build and maintain a team.
• Local candidate required.
• Must Have own bike and valid DL.
