Key Responsibilities

• Source acquire clients through direct sales, personal networks, references, and local market activities.

• Promote and sell Life Insurance products tailored to customer needs.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.

• Achieve assigned sales targets consistently on a monthly/quarterly basis.

• Conduct financial need analysis to recommend suitable insurance solutions.

• Keep updated with product features, industry trends, and regulatory guidelines.

• Ensure complete documentation and adherence to compliance processes.

• Provide after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and policy renewals.
  

  Requirements

  • Bachelors degree (Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field)

  • 2+ years of experience in Direct sales(Direct Distribution)

  • Strong selling, networking, and negotiation skills.

  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
