Job Description

Key Client Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and expectations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and prompt resolution of issues.
  • Regularly communicate with clients through meetings, calls, and emails to provide updates and discuss ongoing projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Production, Quality, Supply Chain) to ensure smooth execution of client orders.

2. New Client Acquisition & Business Development:

  • Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients.

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the company's customer base, targeting domestic and international markets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and new industry segments.
  • Generate leads through networking, industry events, exhibitions, and referrals.
  • Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with new clients.

3. Revenue Growth & Sales Expansion:

  • Identify opportunities for

    upselling and cross-selling

    to existing clients.
  • Develop strategies to enhance client retention and improve repeat business.
  • Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to develop customized solutions for clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements to maximize profitability.

4. Order & Production Coordination:

  • Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely execution of client orders.
  • Monitor order progress, address potential delays, and proactively communicate updates to clients.
  • Ensure all client specifications, including

    quality standards, delivery timelines, and compliance requirements

    , are met.

5. Market & Competitor Analysis:

  • Stay updated on

    industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities

  • Identify emerging trends in apparel and textile manufacturing to offer innovative solutions to clients.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on expanding product offerings.

6. Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, contracts, order details, and service issues.
  • Prepare periodic reports on

    key account performance, new client acquisition, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction

  • Present insights to senior management regarding client trends and improvement areas.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Excellent

    communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • 3+ years of experience in client relationship management, sales, or key account management in the apparel/textile manufacturing industry.
  • Willingness to
