Experience: 2 years in US Sales Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to manage and expand relationships with our most important clients in the United States. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, exceptional communication skills, and a strategic mindset to drive growth and ensure client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact. Strategic Account Planning: Create and execute tailored account plans to meet client needs and achieve sales targets. Sales Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) to deliver solutions that meet client objectives. Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead negotiations and manage contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and performance metrics.
