Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue prospective clients through referrals, directories, industry platforms, and other channels.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with users of commercial print services.
• Maintain and expand business within existing key accounts.
• Manage the RFP process and coordinate internally to develop pricing, quotes, and credit terms.
• Develop comprehensive proposals tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with production planners to align scheduling and production methods with client requirements.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and consistently exceed client expectations.
• Continuously prospect for new opportunities even within existing accounts.

Experience, Qualifications & Skills

• 4–6 years of experience in the printing industry with solid knowledge of digital and offset printing, bindery, and fulfillment.
• Ability to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within key accounts.
• Proven experience managing large-volume client relationships.
• Strong ability to upsell and cross-sell within existing portfolios.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ethical, proactive, a good listener, and a strong team player with a sense of urgency.
