Key responsibilities:

  • Relationship management:

    Cultivating strong, long-lasting relationships with key school and college clients to build trust and ensure loyalty.
  • Sales and growth:

    Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to meet client objectives and increase revenue.
  • Client needs assessment:

    Gaining a deep understanding of client requirements to recommend suitable educational solutions.
  • Liaison and communication:

    Serving as the main point of contact and communicator between clients and internal teams like marketing and product development.
  • Problem-solving:

    Resolving issues, managing complaints, and ensuring the timely delivery of products and services.
  • Strategic planning:

    Developing and executing strategic account plans to align with both the client's goals and the company's objectives.
  • Pipeline management:

    Maintaining an active sales pipeline and providing regular reports on sales activity.
  • Market penetration:

    Identifying and targeting key institutions through field visits, cold calling, and networking to generate new leads.
