Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations with modern trade partners. Build and nurture strong working relationships with key category buyers and store managers. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by account. Ensure timely execution of listings and in-store merchandising. Track secondary sales, stock availability, and fill rates. Plan and execute brand activations and consumer promotions within MT stores.. Work closely with supply chain and finance teams to ensure order fulfilment and payment follow-ups. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of modern trade operations and structure Sales-oriented with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and multitask across multiple accounts Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year Benefits: Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: On the road
