Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for engaging with Premium merchants, tracking portfolios, communicating with merchants, and ensuring services are delivered effectively in assigned areas. Your role will also involve ensuring product penetration and revenue growth, promoting the brand, addressing merchant grievances, planning and executing daily activities with the team, gathering market feedback, deploying products, articulating benefits, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with Premium merchants, track portfolios, and communicate effectively - Ensure product penetration, revenue growth, and brand promotion - Address merchant grievances and resolve them in a timely manner - Plan and execute daily activities with the team, review deliverables - Gather market feedback, deploy products, articulate benefits, and ensure customer satisfaction - Articulate complex solutions to novice customers - Prioritize candidates with Fintech experience or similar field experience - Demonstrate honesty, trustworthiness, good sales and negotiation skills - Show interest in financial products and markets, and have an understanding of local geography - Graduation/Post Graduation is preferred for education Qualifications Required: - Self-starter who can take ownership and navigate ambiguity - Passionate about working in a fast-growing firm - Ready to get hands dirty for work - Comfortable articulating complex solutions - Demonstrated honesty and trustworthiness - Good sales and negotiation skills - Interest in financial products and markets - Understanding of local geography About the Company: The company offers a collaborative output-driven program that fosters cohesiveness across businesses through technology.
