Key Account Manager II

Role Overview: You will be responsible for signing contracts with restaurants, handling inquiries from existing and new clients, and gathering sales leads from the market. Your role will involve approaching restaurants actively, from no star to 5 stars, and getting them on board with Swiggy as a partner. Maintaining a strong relationship with restaurant owners, advising them on market-related issues, and offering solutions will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamline processes and systems, and advise senior management on maximizing business relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Sign contracts with restaurants and handle inquiries from clients - Gather sales leads and approach restaurants actively to partner with Swiggy - Maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and offer market-related advice - Manage sales administration, operational performance reporting, and streamline processes - Advise senior management on maximizing business relationships - Develop a business plan covering sales, revenue, and agreed targets - Promote the organization's presence, meet targets, and control expenses - Handle potential clients in the field as the first in command - Represent Swiggy in the market and uphold the company values Qualifications Required: - Graduate with 3+ years of experience in the sales domain - Good working knowledge and experience of e-commerce activities and online marketing channels - Confident, pleasing, and go-getter personality - Effective communication skills - Attitude and aptitude for sales - Team player with the ability to work alongside individuals from diverse backgrounds - Analytical with good Excel skills - Leadership and influencing skills to build a wide network of contacts - Initiative and flexibility to adapt to change and identify opportunities for improvement,
