About Our Client: Our client is a prominent player in the rapidly evolving Internet Service Provider sector in India. With a strong commitment to delivering high-speed broadband services, the company has established a significant market presence and is continuously expanding its customer base. About the Role: As a Key Account Manager (KAM) in the Enterprise team, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales in existing and new companies with a revenue greater than 100 CR. You will collaborate closely with the Business Head, EB sales and support team, NOC, product, finance, and other functional groups to establish a market-leading Enterprise Business Vertical in Karnataka. Responsibilities: - Lead the Enterprise Sales team by setting examples for others to follow. - Recruit, develop, and coach the EB direct sales team to ensure they are equipped to drive and achieve their respective KPIs. - Coordinate with all departments to address business vertical needs and maintain high service standards. - Focus on key accounts retention and building strong relationships. - Independently negotiate and close large corporate business deals. - Meet assigned KPIs on a monthly basis. Qualifications: BE + MBA Required Skills: - Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in Direct Corporate and Channel sales, business development, or related roles. - Relevant experience in ISP/telco/carrier relationship and business partner management. - At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred. - Demonstrated ability in building and leading high-performance teams. - Proven track record of managing relationships with C-level executives. - Strong presentation and communication skills. - Detail-oriented individual with high energy levels.
