Key Account Manager-Cordis-Bhopal

Role Overview: As a member of Abbott, a global healthcare leader, you will be responsible for achieving division-wise primary targets and ensuring they are equal to or greater than secondary targets. Your main focus will be generating maximum prescriptions, increasing market share, and avoiding expiry cases on Stockist shelves through timely liquidation of stocks by prescription generation. You will also be expected to share competitor and market information with the ABM and Division, build relationships with customers and Stockists, prioritize and meet with doctors appropriately, and leverage managerial, marketing, and support functions to engage with important customers effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve division-wise primary target and ensure it is equal to or greater than secondary targets - Generate maximum prescriptions and increase market share - Ensure zero cases of expiry on Stockist shelves through timely liquidation of stocks by prescription generation - Share competitor and market information with the ABM and Division in a timely manner - Build relationships with customers and Stockists, visiting Stockists as per defined frequency without deviation - Prioritize and meet with doctors appropriately - Leverage managerial, marketing, and support functions to engage effectively with important customers - Plan and monitor new product introductions, stocking as per plan, and sales progress - Provide information about new products to Stockists in a timely manner - Report daily field work in the assigned online system - Organize Camps (CME) as per the division strategy and customer needs - Generate POBs for Abbott brands as per the business plan Qualification Required: - 2+ years of experience - Fresher with good communication skills and analytical skills may also be considered - B.Sc. / B.Pharma.,
