Job Description

As a Sales Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting senior sales managers in managing B2B distributors and Cash & Carry outlets. Your primary tasks will involve visiting stores and outlets regularly to ensure optimal product placement, collect orders, and track promotions effectively. Your key responsibility will be to guarantee the availability and visibility of SKUs at customer locations, while also maintaining daily sales reports and assisting in scheme implementation. Key Responsibilities: - Own B2B and Cash & Carry sales targets for the assigned geography. - Develop strong relationships with bulk buyers, institutions, and wholesale accounts. - Ensure listing, activation, and replenishment of SKUs at Cash & Carry partners. - Manage promoters/merchandisers placed at stores and evaluate their performance. The company is seeking an individual who can take charge of the regional strategy for offline B2B and Cash & Carry channels. This role involves driving partnerships with large-format Cash & Carry chains and institutional buyers. You will be responsible for monitoring regional KPIs such as revenue growth, sales throughput, and inventory rotation. Additionally, you will need to align sales teams, trade marketing, and operations for synchronized execution. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position that requires in-person work at the specified location.
