Key Account Manager - Affiliate Partnerships

As an affiliate partnerships manager at indiagold, you will play a crucial role in driving sales targets through affiliate partnerships and ensuring consistent growth in numbers. Your responsibilities will include: - Owning sales targets driven via affiliate partnerships and delivering consistent growth in numbers. - Building and nurturing strong partner relationships, acting as the single point of contact for all affiliate partners. - Identifying, onboarding, and activating new affiliate partners aligned with the ideal customer profile. - Collaborating with Inside Sales to optimize lead flow and conversion from affiliate sources. - Monitoring and analyzing partner performance and providing data-driven insights to improve outcomes. - Developing and implementing partner enablement tools such as sales kits, FAQs, incentives, and training decks. - Resolving partner issues quickly and effectively to maintain trust and productivity. - Working with Marketing and Product teams to co-create campaigns and track ROI from affiliates. The ideal candidate for this role will have: - Minimum 3-6 years of experience in key account management, channel sales, or affiliate partnerships. - A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through partnerships. - Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. - Experience in managing B2C or B2B inside sales funnels is a plus. - Comfort with CRM tools and performance tracking dashboards. - Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
