We are seeking an experienced Manager - Influencer & Partnerships with 8-10 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate partnerships, and community engagement. This person will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing relationships with a diverse range of partners, including influencers, educators, student leaders, and aggregator/affiliate sites to drive UWorld&aposs growth. The role has a dual focus on both the dynamic Indian market and established international markets (primarily US-focused), requiring strong networking skills, a deep understanding of compliance regulations, and a comprehensive grasp of the edtech/test prep ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Influencer Management: Identify and onboard relevant influencers, student leaders, educators, and niche creators on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Special emphasis will be placed on key figures in India&aposs educational space Manage the full lifecycle of influencer campaigns, including outreach, contract negotiation, content approval, execution, and performance tracking Ensure strict compliance with FTC guidelines in the US and ASCI regulations in India for all sponsored content and disclosures Build and maintain a robust database of tiered influencers (tier-1, tier-2, and micro-influencers) across UWorld&aposs diverse product verticals (NCLEX, USMLE, SAT/ACT, CPA, CFA, NEET UG/PG, CMA) Aggregator & Affiliate Partnerships: Identify and secure high-value partnerships with leading exam prep aggregator and review websites (e.g., TestPrep Insight, Crush the CPA Exam, College Consensus) Strategically build and scale affiliate relationships with comparison sites, bloggers, and educational reviewers to maximize referral traffic and conversions Collaborate on co-branded content, guest blogs, webinars, and review placements to strengthen UWorld&aposs organic visibility and referral traffic Community & Engagement: Proactively support and engage with student communities on platforms like Reddit, Quora, Discord, and exam-specific forums to build brand loyalty and gather insights Collaborate with influencers to host live Q&As, webinars, and student panels to foster community and engagement Monitor student sentiment, gather feedback, and analyze competitor positioning through community channels Strategy & Reporting: Create and execute a comprehensive annual influencer & partnerships roadmap that aligns with key product launches and broader marketing campaigns Track performance against a set of key performance indicators (KPIs) to demonstrate the ROI of all initiatives Provide regular insights and strategic recommendations to leadership to inform future scaling of partnerships Stay at the forefront of the industry by monitoring competitor influencer strategies Requirements: 8-10 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate management, or digital partnerships, preferably within the edtech industry or a relevant digital marketing agency Strong knowledge of the global exam prep and education influencer landscape, with a proven track record in both the US and India Demonstrated success in negotiating influencer and affiliate deals that deliver measurable ROI Expertise in FTC (US) and ASCI (India) guidelines for influencer disclosures and marketing compliance Familiarity with affiliate tracking tools (e.g., Impact, ShareASale, or similar) is a plus Exceptional communication, networking, and relationship management skills Ability to work cross-functionally and seamlessly with teams in SEO, content, paid media, and product Why Join UWorld Be part of a trusted global edtech brand that&aposs helping millions of students and professionals achieve their goals Lead a key strategic function with a direct impact on our brand growth across two of the world&aposs most dynamic markets Enjoy competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and significant opportunities for professional growth Show more Show less
