As one of the market leaders, we offer a comprehensive range of on-demand travel services to corporate travellers, diplomatic missions, and leisure customers at highly competitive rates.ROLE DESCRIPTION – Key Account Executive / Operations ExecutiveThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Janakpuri, West Delhi.The role involves:Managing key accounts and maintaining strong client relationshipsDelivering high-quality customer service and handling client inquiriesSupporting day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth workflowCoordinating with internal teams to resolve issues promptlyMonitoring performance, preparing reports, and optimizing processesEnsuring operational excellence and high customer satisfaction🎓 QUALIFICATIONSStrong customer relationship and client servicing skillsExperience in operations management / account managementExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesProblem-solving mindset with keen attention to detailKnowledge of reporting, data handling, and process improvementAbility to multitask and work efficiently on-site in JanakpuriExperience in the travel or hospitality industry (preferred)Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred)📌 CURRENT REQUIREMENTS1.
