ROLE DESCRIPTION – Key Account Executive / Operations Executive This is a full-time, on-site role based in Janakpuri, West Delhi. The role involves: Managing key accounts and maintaining strong client relationships Delivering high-quality customer service and handling client inquiries Supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth workflow Coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly Monitoring performance, preparing reports, and optimizing processes Ensuring operational excellence and high customer satisfaction 🎓 QUALIFICATIONS Strong customer relationship and client servicing skills Experience in operations management / account management Excellent communication and organizational abilities Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail Knowledge of reporting, data handling, and process improvement Ability to multitask and work efficiently on-site in Janakpuri Experience in the travel or hospitality industry (preferred) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred) 📌 CURRENT REQUIREMENTS 1.
