Kenfix Technician

We are seeking a reliable and skilled KenFix Technician to join our Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day repair and maintenance tasks to ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities function smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance and repair of guest rooms, corridors, F&B outlets, and back-of-house areas.
• Respond promptly to guest room maintenance calls (GRMs) and resolve issues professionally.
• Assist with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and minor HVAC tasks.
• Support preventive maintenance programs (PMS) to reduce breakdowns and improve equipment life.
• Inspect hotel equipment and report any malfunction to the Engineering Supervisor.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner.
• Follow hotel safety protocols and maintain compliance with engineering standards.
• Coordinate with the Housekeeping and Front Office teams to ensure minimal guest disruption.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as a KenFix Technician or General Maintenance Technician in the hotel industry preferred.
• Basic technical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical repairs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently under minimal supervision.
• Physically fit and capable of handling maintenance tools and equipment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-service skills.
• Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and on-call as per operational needs.

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related trade (preferred).
• Hotel industry experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
