Lead the Planning, sequencing and implementation of Project
In depth knowledge on finishing materials & fixing, finishing details, site
management.
Define project tasks and resource requirements.
Implement Quality Control procedures on site..
Supervise contractor work progress on site.
Supervise contractors work quality and compliance with design
documents and codes.
Manage resource allocation.
Track project deliverables using appropriate tools & provide direction
and support to project team.
Quality assurance, Knowledge of raw materials, cost availability.
Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project.
To check the stacking and storage of materials in various locations of
the site with neatness.
To check and keep control on the wastage of materials at site.
Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
To prepare MIS on monthly basis, monthly consumption reports, daily
progress report, etc.
Project Scheduling and wastage control.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
