Key Responsibilities

Account Management

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.

Sales & Revenue

Identify growth opportunities within key accounts to drive upselling and cross-selling.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Client Strategy & Insights

Understand client business objectives and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct regular client reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify improvement areas.

Coordination & Communication

Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, product) to deliver on client expectations.
Ensure timely resolution of client issues and escalations.

Data Management & Reporting

Maintain account data, sales reports, and client communication in CRM tools.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on account performance.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales acumen with a customer-focused approach.
Analytical skills to identify client needs and propose solutions.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts.
