Job Description Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Kafka infrastructure and applications. Manage and optimize Kafka clusters to ensure high availability and performance. Develop and implement best practices for Kafka architecture and data streaming. Monitor and troubleshoot Kafka performance issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal throughput. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data streaming requirements and solutions. Deployment, monitoring, and management tasks for Kafka environments. Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards and company policies. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers on Kafka-related projects. Stay up-to-date with the latest Kafka developments and industry trends. Qualifications Diploma or BE/B-Tech or equivalent with Computer Science or Electronics B.E./ B.Tech/ MCA/ M.Sc. in Computer Science or IT + RHCSA Certified Experience Minimum 3+ years' experience in Kafka.
