Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear and professional communication.
Handle outbound calls using primary and secondary lead data.
Regularly follow up with new and existing leads to maximize conversions.
Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with NoBroker’s quality standards.
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate guidance on products and services.
Maintain call logs, lead trackers, and daily activity reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (B.A., BBA, B.Tech, MBA, etc.)
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer handling and persuasion abilities
Languages:
Mandatory:
English + Hindi
or
Kannada
Preferred (Optional):
Tamil or Telugu
Technical Skills:
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word)
Work Commitment:
Minimum
4 hours of talk time per day
9-hour shift (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
6 days/week
with
1 weekday off
