Job Title: Junior Accountant

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will assist in managing day-to-day accounting tasks and support the senior accounting staff. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and processing of financial statements and reports.
• Record and reconcile daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Assist with audits and tax filings.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in an accounting role is a plus but not required.
