Junior Zoho Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Zoho Books

  • Assist in day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries.
  • Support in managing invoices, bills, payments, and expense tracking.
  • Help generate financial reports and reconcile bank statements.
  • Assist in GST/VAT/tax configuration and compliance checks.

Zoho Inventory

  • Assist with product/item entry and inventory updates.
  • Track purchase and sales orders.
  • Monitor stock levels and notify for reorder needs.
  • Help generate inventory and stock movement reports.

Zoho CRM

  • Support in data entry and management of leads, contacts, and accounts.
  • Assist sales teams with deal updates and pipeline tracking.
  • Help automate workflows (basic), follow-ups, and reminders.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene by deduplicating and validating data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of accounting and sales processes.
  • Familiarity with Zoho ecosystem (Books, Inventory, CRM) preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
