About The Role

We are hiring

two Junior WordPress Developers

who are eager to grow. You’ll work closely with a senior team lead who will mentor you as you assist with developing, maintaining, and supporting our suite of WordPress websites. This is a high-growth opportunity for those excited to build strong technical foundations across development, support, and marketing tech.

Key Responsibilities

  • WordPress Development: Assist in developing and maintaining WordPress websites, learning how to write clean, functional code (themes, plugins, troubleshooting).
  • Technical Support: Provide first-response support to users via chat (<1 minute response time), using clear playbooks and TeamViewer when needed.
  • Server Support: Help maintain our cPanel/VPS servers and learn automation tools like MainWP for updates, security, and backups.
  • Marketing Tech: Support technical SEO tasks and operations using tools like HubSpot and others.
  • Ideal Candidate Profile

    • 1–2 years of WordPress development experience (freelance or professional).
    • Some background in technical support or customer service (chat-based is a plus).
    • Passionate about learning and growing within a structured mentorship environment.
    • Fast learner, good communicator, and adaptable to new tools and tasks.
    • Comfortable in a startup-like, high-speed environment.

    Work Schedule

    • Full-Time: 45 hours/week
    • Preferred Workweek: 4 days (some weekend work required)
    • Working Hours: 15:00 – 03:00 ICT
    • Note: Must be 100% comfortable working in industries related to Dating and Alcohol

    Salary & Growth Path

    • Starting Compensation: $350 USD/month
    • Performance Reviews: Ongoing mentorship and evaluation with opportunities for promotion, skill advancement, and pay increase.
