Junior Wedding Banquet Relationship Manager

You will interact with couples and families during one of the most emotional phases of their lives, guiding them with warmth, professionalism, and confidence. You will learn the art of relationship management, event coordination, and hospitality excellence while being mentored by experienced event and banquet professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship & Experience

• Act as a

  primary point of contact

  for wedding enquiries, client meetings, and follow-ups.
• Understand client expectations, preferences, budgets, and cultural requirements with sensitivity and care.
• Guide clients through banquet options, seating layouts, décor themes, menu selections, and event flow.
• Build trust-based relationships that make clients feel confident, heard, and supported at every step.

Event Coordination & Execution

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing wedding functions including receptions, sangeet, mehendi, and other celebrations.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams such as operations, kitchen, service staff, décor, and technical vendors.
• Support on-ground supervision during events to ensure timelines, setups, and guest experience are executed flawlessly.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure a smooth and stress-free event for clients and guests.

Sales Support & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings, contracts, and client requirements.
• Assist senior managers with proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
• Ensure all client commitments are clearly documented and communicated to relevant teams.

Brand Representation

• Represent

  with elegance, professionalism, and warmth at all times.
• Deliver exceptional service that results in client satisfaction, referrals, and repeat business.
• Uphold brand standards and contribute to enhancing the overall reputation of Roy Bari Events.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in hospitality, weddings, events, customer service, or relationship management roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and confident personality.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly in live event environments.
• Passion for weddings, celebrations, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and event days.
